$3 Million Mega Millions Winning Ticket Sold In Hudson Valley
The buyer of the ticket chose to purchase the Megaplier which tripled the amount of the prize.
FISHKILL, NY — Someone who bought a Mega Millions ticket for the July 22 drawing is $3 million richer.
New York Lottery officials said one second-prize ticket for the July 22 Mega Million drawing was sold in Fishkill.
The ticket, worth $3 million, was purchased at Smokes 4 Less, 982 Main St. in Fishkill.

The lucky winner or winners chose all numbers, except for the Mega Ball, correctly. Plus they had purchased the Megaplier which tripled the $1 million second prize.
Winning numbers for the July 22 drawing were 14-40-60-64-66, with a Mega Ball of 16.

The winning numbers for the Mega Millions game are drawn from a field of one to 70. The Mega Ball is drawn from a separate field of one to 25.
Drawings are held every Tuesday and Friday at 11 p.m.
