Orange County District Attorney David M. Hoovler announced that 31-year-old Kevin Cholula, of New Windsor, was sentenced on Thursday to 20 years in prison, to be followed by 10 years of post-release supervision after his previous guilty plea to two counts of first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child. We are only able to see justice is done because of the dedicated work of the police and prosecutors. Simply put, we will never cease in our pursuit of sexual predators. We continue to provide support for victims of sexual assault and will hold offenders accountable for their actions."
