33-Year-Old Charged With Felony DWI With Child In Car: Sheriff
The Millerton man was charged with felony DWI, felony aggravated DWI, and other traffic violations, according to the sheriff.

MILLERTON, NY — An accused drunken driver had a child in the car when police caught up with him, according to authorities.
The Dutchess County Sheriff's Office says that 33-year-old Roman I. Xo-ical, of Millerton, was arrested on Wednesday, around 11:35 p.m. for driving while intoxicated in the Village of Millerton.
Deputies stopped a vehicle on N. Elm St. for traffic violations, and identified Xo-ical as the driver. They also saw that he was accompanied by a child passenger.

After further investigation, Xo-ical was taken into custody at the scene for driving while intoxicated (DWI).
He has been charged with felony driving while intoxicated (conviction within last 10 years), felony aggravated driving while intoxicated (DWI with child in the vehicle), and several traffic violations.

After being processed, he was released on appearance tickets and is due to appear before the Town of Northeast Court on April 8.
