4 Arrested At 4 Businesses In Undercover Spa Prostitution Sting: Police
The multi-agency, undercover sting at the four businesses took place after police received complaints about suspicious activity.

NEW WINDSOR, NY — A coordinated, undercover sting has led to the arrest of suspects at four different locations in town.
The Town of New Windsor Police Department says that on Wednesday, officers were joined by New York State Police, the New York State Office of the Professions, and the Town of New Windsor Fire Inspector's Office, in an undercover investigation into prostitution and unlicensed/illegal massages at several businesses throughout the Town of New Windsor.
The investigation was launched after police received several complaints from residents and area businesses about suspicious activity taking place at the locations.

As a result, four people were arrested at four different businesses.
"I fully support the proactive efforts of the New Windsor Police Department, New York State Police, the State Office of the Professions, and our Fire Inspector's Office in conducting this critical investigation," Town Supervisor Stephen Bedetti said. "Illegal activity, such as this — especially when it compromises public safety, violates professional standards, and degrades the character of our community — will not be tolerated in the Town of New Windsor. We will continue to stand behind our law enforcement and regulatory agencies as they work tirelessly to uphold the law and protect the integrity of our town."

At the F & H Spa, on Route 9W, 51-year-old Weyhe Waing, of NYC, was arrested for unauthorized practice of a profession and prostitution. The Town of New Windsor Fire Inspector's Office shut down the F & H Spa, pending compliance with regulations.
At the Sun & Moon Spa, on Old Forge Hill Road, 67-year-old Young Hee Lee, of Flushing, was arrested for unauthorized practice of a profession and prostitution. The Town of New Windsor Fire Inspector's Office shut down the Sun & Moon Spa, pending compliance with regulations.
At the A & A Spa, on the Windsor Highway, 58-year-old Meizi He, of Flushing, was arrested for unauthorized practice of a profession and prostitution. The Town of New Windsor Fire Inspector's Office shut down the A & A Spa, pending compliance with regulations.
At the 207 Spa, on Little Britain Road, 65-year-old Jin Son, of NYC, was arrested for unauthorized practice of a profession and prostitution. Police say building code violations are pending for the 207 Spa.
All four were released on appearance tickets, and are scheduled to appear in the Town of New Windsor Justice Court on Nov. 25, according to police.
