57-Year-Old Arrested On Child Sexual Exploitation Charges: NYSP
The arrest of the Orange County man followed an investigation by the Troop F Computer Crimes Unit, in collaboration with Troop F BCI.

HARRIMAN, NY — A Hudson Valley man is facing child pornography charges after an investigation by the New York State Police.
The NYSP said that on March 25, troopers from the State Police Troop F Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) in Monroe arrested 57-year-old Philip Kinkel, of Harriman, on charges related to child sexual exploitation.
Police say Kinkel was charged with felony possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child less than 17, and for possessing and having access to images and videos consistent with child sexual exploitation.

The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Troop F Computer Crimes Unit, in collaboration with Troop F BCI, which led to the execution of a search warrant at Kinkel's home.
He was processed at State Police Monroe and released with a scheduled court date in the Village of Harriman Court on April 17.
