Arrest Made In March Shots-Fired Incident: Police
A 39-year-old man was accused of attempted assault and weapons possession.
POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — A 39-year-old man was arrested after being accused of assault and having an illegal weapon related to an incident in March.
The City of Poughkeepsie Police Department said Luciano Incardona, 39, was arrested Wednesday on a Dutchess County Court indictment warrant for the felonies of first-degree attempted assault and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
The charges were the result of an investigation by the city police into a report of shots fired around 1 p.m. March 15 in the area of 412 Main St.

Police said multiple rounds were fired from a handgun at someone in the presence of numerous bystanders.
Incardona, whose place of residence was not provided by police, was arraigned in county court and sent to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.
