Arrest After Car Crashes Into Outdoor Seating Area Of Bookstore/Bar
After the early morning property damage, the driver, who did not report the incident to authorities, was arrested, according to police.

CITY OF KINGSTON, NY — A driver is in trouble after wrecking the outdoor seating area of a popular local business.
The City of Kingston Police Department says that on Wednesday, officers arrested 31-year-old David A. Naccarato, of Ulster Park.
On April 24, around 4:45 a.m., Naccarato was driving a 2013 Chevy pickup truck on Crown Street when he struck an outdoor seating area and picnic table in front of Rough Draft Bar and Books, according to police.

He left the scene without reporting the incident to anyone.
After an investigation by City of Kingston police, Naccarato and his pickup were found. He admitted to driving the vehicle and causing the damage at the business, cops said.

Naccarato was charged with the violation of leaving the scene of a property damage accident without reporting it, and misdemeanor fourth-degree criminal mischief, recklessly damaging property.
He was released and is scheduled to return to Kingston City Court on May 13.
