Chamber to Host '80s Throwback Networking Event

Members of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce will network in a picturesque setting while rocking out to hits from the 1980s at this year’s Floating Business Break on Wednesday, June 22 from 5-9 p.m. launching from the Shadows Marina on Rinaldi Boulevard in Poughkeepsie.

Attendees will tour the Hudson River aboard a River Rose Tour Boat while enjoying delicious barbecue from Rhinebeck-based Smoky Rock BBQ, networking and dancing to tunes spun by “The Throwback Brothers,” courtesy of John Hannah's Mobile Music Services. This event is proudly sponsored by The Brothers that just do Gutters, EmbroidMe, Integrated Enterprise Solutions, Inc., Meyer Contracting Corp., Poughkeepsie Galleria and Stenger, Roberts, Davis & Diamond.

Boarding begins promptly at 5:30 p.m. with departure at 6 p.m. sharp from the marina. The cruise will dock at 9 p.m. Tickets are $45 for members only and can be purchased by calling (845) 454-1700 ext. 1000 or at the June 15 Contact Breakfast.
