Fishkill Man Arrested For Having Child Porn: NYSP
Police said they received a tip which led to the man's arrest.
FISHKILL, NY — A Dutchess County man was accused of having child pornography.
The New York State Police said Efrain Negron, 28, of Fishkill, was arrested Thursday and charged with four counts of possession of a sexual performance by a child, felonies.
Police said, after receiving a law enforcement tip, an investigation by the members of the State Police Wappinger Bureau of Criminal Investigation determined Negron was in possession of the pornography featuring children.

He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Fishkill Court on Sept. 12.
