Girl, 10, Struck While Riding Bike Is In Critical Condition: Police
A motorist collided with the child's bike Monday night, according to police.
MONSEY, NY — A 10-year-old girl riding a bicycle was critically injured after being hit by a vehicle Monday night, according to police.
The accident happened on Ronald Drive around 9:10 p.m. The bicyclist was rushed to Westchester Medical Center and is in critical condition, Ramapo police said in a news release.
The driver remained on scene and cooperated with the investigation, according to police.

As of Wednesday, police said the incident remains under investigation by the Ramapo Police Crash Investigation Unit, with no charges filed.
