I-84 Lane Closure Planned For Bridge Maintenance In Putnam, Dutchess
The closures will, of course, be weather permitting.

MID-HUDSON VALLEY, NY — One lane of Interstate 84 will be closed to accommodate bridge maintenance.
The state Department of Transportation said Dutchess and Putnam county motorists should be aware that one lane of I-84 eastbound and westbound is expected to close between Exit 52 (Taconic State Parkway) in the town of East Fishkill, Dutchess County, and Exit 68 (Interstate 684) in the town of Southeast, Putnam County.
The closure will begin between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19 and continue through Friday, Oct 21.

Motorists are urged to slow down and drive responsibly in work zones. Fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. Convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of an individual’s driver license.
