Info Wanted About Walgreens Robbery In Middletown

MIDDLETOWN, NY —The City of Middletown Police Department is asking the public for help identifying someone who robbed a drugstore.

Shortly after 1 p.m. Friday, police were sent to the Walgreens Pharmacy at 96 Dolson Ave. in Middletown for a report of a robbery.

The person in the surveillance photos came up to a cashier and demanded money out of the register.

While demanding cash, the person touched their waistband as if they were in possession of a firearm, police said.

The cashier complied, authorities said, and handed over money to the person who then fled from the store on foot.
