LAGRANGE, NY — A Dutchess County man was arrested after being accused of sexual assault.
The New York State Police said Orlando Ramos, 54, of LaGrange, was arrested Wednesday and charged with first-degree criminal sex act and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse, all felonies.
Police said an investigation began in December looking into a possible sexual assault.

It was determined that Ramos sexually assaulted someone who was familiar with him.
He was arraigned in the Dutchess County Court and sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail or $250,000 bond.
