Newburgh Man Accused Of Possessing Child Porn: State Police
The arrest follows a tip police received last summer, according to state police.
NEWBURGH, NY — State police say they caught a local man with child pornography in his possession.
Rodolfo Iglesias, 27, of Newburgh, was charged Wednesday with possession of an obscene sexual performance by a child under age 16.
State police launched an investigation in August 2024 after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, police said.

Police executed a search warrant at Iglesias’ residence on Wednesday and arrested him, police said.
Iglesias was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Newburgh City Court on Oct. 29.

The arrest follows a joint investigation by the New York State Police Troop F Computer Crimes Unit, the Troop F Bureau of Criminal Investigation Montgomery, and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
