NY State Police Positively ID Body Discovered At Vanderbilt Mansion
State police say the investigation into the 69-year-old Poughkeepsie woman's death remains ongoing.

HYDE PARK, NY — The New York State Police have positively identified the woman found dead at at a Hudson Valley historic site in December.
The woman has now been identified as Helen Pardini, 69, of Poughkeepsie. State police say the investigation into her "suspicious" death remains ongoing.
Police thanked the members of the public who reached out with information about the case.

On Dec.6, the New York State Police, along with the Hyde Park Police Department, began investigating the suspicious death of the then-unidentified woman found at the Vanderbilt Mansion historical site on Vanderbilt Park Road in Hyde Park.
A hiker found the remains of the woman lying face down near the east shore of the Hudson River, south of Bard Rock.
