Man Dies After Losing Control Of Motorcycle On I-84
Police said, for unknown reasons, the man's motorcycle rolled over and struck a guiderail.
SLATE HILL, NY — A motorcyclist from Pennsylvania was killed when he lost control of his vehicle on Interstate 84 in Slate Hill.
The New York State Police said, shortly before 5 p.m. Monday, troopers from the Greenville barracks in Orange County responded to I-84 westbound for a report of a motorcycle crash.
An investigation found that Austin Prey, 23, from Matamoras, Pennsylvania, was operating a 2001 Honda motorcycle going west on I-84 when for unknown reasons he lost control causing him to roll the bike over and strike a guiderail.

He was attended to by Mobile Life at the scene, but he died of his injuries.
