Pair Arrested For Felony Drug Possession After I-87 Stop
When they were pulled over in Orange County, troopers found 104 grams of crack cocaine in the vehicle, according to NYSP.

CORNWALL, NY — A Hudson Valley traffic stop led troopers to a stash of crack cocaine, according to state police.
New York State Police say that on Wednesday, around 10:47 p.m., troopers from SP Tarrytown pulled over a black 2019 Honda CRV that was traveling north on the NYS Thruway in Cornwall.
During their investigation, police report finding 104 grams of crack cocaine in the vehicle.

Troopers then arrested the driver, 35-year-old Dershaun D. Nicholas, of Troy, and his passenger, 42-year-old Stephon Pierre, of Slingerlands.
Both men are charged with two counts of felony third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. They were arraigned in Newburgh City Court and ordered held at the Orange County Jail on $10,000 cash bail or $25,000 bond.

Nicholas and Pierre are scheduled to appear in Cornwall town court on March 18, for a preliminary hearing.
