Public Hearing On Cannabis Stores: Poughkeepsie Town Board

POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — The town of Poughkeepsie Town Board will hold a public meeting Wednesday, Aug. 2.

The meeting will begin at 7 p.m.

The agenda, which can be viewed here, includes a public hearing on the town code amendment on cannabis retail dispensaries and tobacco stores; the authorization of an inter-municipal agreement with Dutchess County for snow removal and ice control services; the authorization of the collective bargaining agreement with Local 456, I.B.T.; and the approval of the American Legion’s Veterans Fundraiser Event.

The meeting will be broadcast live on Cablevision Channel 22 and Verizon FiOS Channel 38.
