Rhinebeck Primary Care Office Adds Family Physician
Health Quest Medical Practice welcomes Dr. Zacharias Chasin to its team.

RHINEBECK, N.Y. – Dr. Zacharias Chasin recently joined Health Quest Medical Practice’s primary care office in Rhinebeck, where he treats adults and children ages 5 and older.
The board-certified family medicine physician spent the past seven years at Columbia Memorial Health’s primary care division in Greene County, performing annual checkups, treating common and chronic illnesses, and overseeing preventive care. He also volunteered as the medical director of the Greene County Health Fair from 2011-14.

“I believe in establishing a strong rapport with my patients, which starts with communication, and I look forward to working with Dr. Kemp and Dr. Abis,” said Chasin, who is also fluent in Greek
Chasin of Port Ewen completed a residency at the Institute for Family Health in Kingston. He holds a medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Cornell University in Ithaca.
