Shooting Reported In City Of Poughkeepsie Saturday
When police got to the scene, they said they found a man with a cut to the back of his head.
POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — Police in the city of Poughkeepsie are investigating a reported shooting.
The City of Poughkeepsie Police Department said officers were called to the 300 block of Main Street shortly before midnight Saturday for a report of a shooting.
When they got there, police said they found a 35-year-old man with a cut to the back of his head.

Police said the victim stated he had been shot. The man was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
Detective and Crime Scene Technicians responded to the area to investigate.
