New York Lottery officials said the winning ticket for the May 11 Take 5 midday drawing is worth $20,401.50.
It was purchased at Kwik Mart, 128 Windemere Ave. in Greenwood Lake.

The winning numbers for the May 11 Take 5 midday drawing are 11-12-23-34-38, according to the New York Lottery website.
Winning numbers for Take 5 are drawn from a field of one through 39.

The drawing is held twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
A Lottery draw game prize of any amount may be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
