Teen Charged In Newburgh Shooting: Police
A male victim was shot multiple times in February and survived, according to police.
NEWBURGH, NY — An 18-year-old city resident is accused of shooting and injuring a man in February.
Jamir Santana, 18, of Newburgh, was charged with felony weapon possession on Feb. 17 following a foot chase, police announced Friday.
The charge stems from an incident on Feb. 11, when police were summoned to Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital for a report of a shooting victim.
