On Nov. 1, around 5 p.m., at the McDonald's on Main Street in the Village of Ellenville, a teenage girl was approached by a group of boys, with one armed with a baseball bat. An argument soon led to a physical altercation when, police say, a 14-year-old boy punched and slapped the girl in the face several times.
