Tips From Community Led Drug Task Force To Fentanyl, Coke Dealer: Cops
23-year-old Najey Green was found with "a large amount" of cocaine and fentanyl, police said. She is expected to face additional charges.

CITY OF POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — Tips from neighbors led to the arrest of a Dutchess County woman, according to law enforcement officials.
The Dutchess County District Attorney's Office Drug Task Force says that it has been continuing to investigate narcotic and dangerous drug sales in several locations, including the area of South Clinton Street and Main Street in the City of Poughkeepsie.
After complaints about dealers from community members, the investigation resulted in the identification of 23-year-old Najey Green, a fentanyl and cocaine dealer operating in the area, police said. Drug Task Force agents began purchasing fentanyl and cocaine from Green in this area and other locations throughout Poughkeepsie.

On Thursday, Drug Task Force agents and the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office Emergency Services Unit (SWAT) found Green in the City of Poughkeepsie with "a large amount" of cocaine and fentanyl.
Green was charged with felony third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, intent to sell; and felony third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

She was later arraigned in the City of Poughkeepsie Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail on $25,000 cash, $50,000 bond, or $100,000 partially secured bond.
Additional charges are pending in this case against Green and are expected to be filed by the Drug Task Force soon, the DA's office said.
