Walden Man Sexually Abused Child Under 13 Years Old: NYSP

WALDEN, NY — An Orange County man was accused of sexually abusing a child under 13 years old.

The New York State Police said Josh Horner, 34, of Walden, was arrested Monday and charged with first-degree sexual abuse, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.

State police, in conjunction with Child Protective Services, received a complaint about a child under the age of 13 being sexually abused by Horner.

He was arraigned and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail or $15,000 bond.
