Winning TAKE 5 Ticket Sold In Orange County

The ticket was sold for the midday Dec. 18 drawing.

NEWBURGH, NY — Multiple top-prize winning tickets were sold for the Dec 18 TAKE 5 MIDDAY drawing and one of them was in Orange County, New York Lottery officials announced Tuesday.

The tickets were sold at:

  • SMOKES 4 LESS, at 59 North Plank Road in Newburgh, which sold one prize-winning ticket worth $8,633.50
  • EMPIRE CARNIVAL WINES & LIQUOR located at 873 Empire Blvd. in Brooklyn, sold one prize-winning ticket worth $8,633.50

TAKE 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39. The drawing is televised twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. A Lottery draw game prize of any amount may be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
