Yonkers Man Accused Of Approaching, Following John Jay Student
The man was said to have followed the student and approached two other female students in an area off campus the same day, police said.

EAST FISHKILL, NY — A Yonkers man was accused of approaching and following a female John Jay High School student.
The East Fishkill Police Department said Monday that Cesar Rojas, 33, of Yonkers, was taken into custody Sunday and charged with fourth-degree stalking, a misdemeanor.
On Tuesday, the East Fishkill police received a complaint of a suspicious man approaching a female student across from John Jay High School.

The man was reported to have followed the student in his car and approached two other female students in an area off campus the same day, police said.
Detectives began an investigation to identify the man. They arrested him Sunday.

After arraignment, Rojas was released on his own recognizance with an appearance ticket. He was also served with an order of protection mandating him to stay away from the victim and her school.
Fishkill police said the City of Yonkers Police Department assisted with the case.
