Gooding Jr. will be arrested for forcible touching, but the Manhattan district attorney's office will decide his eventual charges, a law enforcement source told the Post. A woman called police on Monday to claim that Gooding Jr. groped her while they were taking a photo at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge the night before, according to reports.

The actor told TMZ "I trust the system" and claimed there was a surveillance tape from the club that will exonerate him.
