Fill In The Blanks: Bryant Park Crossword Tournament This Weekend
A crossword puzzle showdown in Bryant Park? Only in New York.

MIDTOWN, NY – There really is something for everyone in New York City.
On Saturday, the 6th Bryant Park Crossword Tournament will take place in Midtown.
Registration begins at 10 a.m., and the tournament runs from 10:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. The event is free, open to all, and held outdoors.

How does it work?
Solvers will complete three original puzzles by Mike Shenk, puzzle editor at the Wall Street Journal, with competitors scored based on accuracy and speed.

The top three finalists will move to a final round.
This year's event will also include a new "pairs" format, in which duos compete with other duos, who will be scored separately from competitors in the singles format.
Prizes will be awarded.
The tournament is organized by Amy Goldstein, of Puzzability, and the aforementioned Mike Shenk.
