Hell's Kitchen Woman, 69, Has Been Missing For Days

Update, Oct. 4: Csikos has been found, police said.

HELL'S KITCHEN, NY — Police have appealed to the public for help finding a Hell's Kitchen woman in her sixties who has not been seen since last week.

Maria Csikos, 69, lives on West 52nd Street between 10th and 11th avenues. She was last seen around 5 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 9, at her home.

Police described her as a white woman with brown eyes and salt-and-pepper hair. She is about 5 feet, 2 inches tall and 125 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black and white shirt, blue sneakers and blue jeans, carrying a pocketbook.

Authorities shared a photo of Csikos and asked anyone with information about her whereabouts to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
