Hip Hop Legend Grandmaster Flash To Headline Bryant Park Dance Party

The barefoot dance party kicks off at 7 p.m. on July 26.

MIDTOWN, MANHATTAN - Hip hop legend Grandmaster Flash will headline an open-air, barefoot dance party July 26 on the Bryant Park lawn from 7 to 11 p.m. The event emerges midway through the Bryant Park Film Festival, which runs through the summer.

General admission is $75 and an exclusive VIP area will be available this year – for guests willing to shell out an additional $125. The money raised will be used to fund the park's program of free events.

That $200 package includes an open bar and food vouchers. Another package, the “Barefoot Bungalow,” is $2,500 and includes admission for eight, promising table service amid a private bungalow.
