Homeless Man Killed In Kips Bay: Police, Report
A man was found badly injured on East 33rd Street early Monday morning. He later died at Bellevue Hospital.

KIPS BAY, NY — An injured man found on East 33rd Street died from his injuries, police said, with officials deeming it a homicide.
At about 12:50 a.m. on Monday, first responders found the injured man on East 33rd Street near Third Avenue and brought him to Bellevue Hospital where he was pronounced dead, officials said.
According to the Daily News, the man, who is believed to be homeless, suffered his injuries from an assault.

The city's Chief Medical Examiner has ruled the death as a homicide, officials said, and the man's identity is being withheld pending family notification.
