The new Midtown bakery's decor takes inspiration from the original Milanese location by featuring natural materials, earth-colored stone and fixtures such as a 20-foot wall displaying the ingredients that go into Princi's baked goods.
Princi will source its ingredients from Italy and local vendors. The bakery's menu includes a wide range of baked goods staples such as croissants, danishes and breads as well as more specialized items such as steel-cut oats with Italian jam, baked eggs in a spicy tomato sauce and sandwiches with prosciutto cotto and fontina cheese. The bakery will also serve a lunchtime menu featuring soups, pizzas and hot entrees.
