Man Arrested After Two Women Slashed With Wire Cutters: Police
The two women were attacked after a dispute with a man Tuesday night, police said.

MIDTOWN, NY — A man was arrested after slashing two women with a pair of wire cutters, according to police.
Kevin Quillupang, 24, was arrested at his Eighth Avenue home near West 45th Street Tuesday night and was hit with a slew of charges, including assault and criminal possession of a weapon, officials said.
The two women were attacked following a dispute with the man in front of his building at about 7:30 p.m., according to police.

One of the victims, an 18-year-old woman, was taken by first responders to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition for a slash wound to her back, officials said.
The other victim, a 39-year-old woman, suffered a slash wound to her hand, but refused medical attention, police said.
