Man Arrested In Connection With Hell's Kitchen Homicide: Police
The 61-year-old victim was found lying face down in his apartment with trauma to the head and died about three weeks later.
HELL'S KITCHEN, NY — A man is facing charges in connection with a May homicide in Hell's Kitchen, police said.
Rodney Brown, 49, was charged with attempted robbery, assault and burglary in connection with the death of Antonio Biginao who was found after being attacked in his West 52 Street home on May 7, police said.
Officers arrived at Biginao's apartment to complete a wellness check when they found the 61-year-old man lying face down on his living room floor, unconscious, unresponsive and suffering from trauma to the head, police said.

EMS rushed the man to Mount Sinai West Hospital, where he was pronounced dead nearly three weeks following the attack, police said.
Brown will make his first appearance in court on June 12, according to court records.
