Man Attempts To Force Midtown Store Worker Into Sex Act: Police
A man entered a store on West 42nd Street and Fifth Avenue, exposed himself and attempted to force an employee to perform a sex act.

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — The NYPD is trying to identify a man who attempted to force a Midtown store worker into a sex act before harassing a customer, police said.
The suspect entered a business on West 42nd Street and Fifth Avenue on the night of Dec. 30 and exposed himself to an employee working at the store's counter, police said. The man demanded that the store worker perform a sex act on him during an exchange near the counter, police said.
Surveillance video shared by police shows the employee gesture to the man in an attempt to get him to leave. The man swats at the worker's hand while she gestures, according to the video.

After harassing the store worker, the man rubbed his bare midsection on a customer before leaving the business, police said.
Police described the suspect as a man in his mid-20s standing about 5-foot-9 and weighing about 190 pounds.
