Man Caught Snapping Pictures Up Woman's Shorts on 7 Train

The NYPD is looking for a man who tried taking pictures up a woman's shorts at Grand Central.

Police are looking for a Phillies fan who was caught taking pictures up a woman's shorts on the 7 train.

According to the NYPD, the man pictured above snapped multiple pictures of a 27-year-old woman's body by holding his cell phone below the woman's shorts. The incident happened on a 7 train Saturday at 11:40 p.m. while the Manhattan-bound train was pulling into Grand Central Terminal.

The suspect is described as a white man, about 5-foot-9 and 175 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a Phillies cap, jeans and a green T-shirt.
