Man Urinating On Tracks Hit By Subway At Port Authority: NYPD
The man was rushed to Bellevue Hospital after being hit by an A train at 42nd Street-Port Authority.

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — A man was seriously injured after being struck by a train while peeing on the tracks at the 42nd Street-Port Authority subway station, an NYPD spokesman said.
The 43-year-old man was struck by a southbound A train around 1:30 p.m. and rushed to Bellevue Hospital shortly after by EMS, police said. An NYPD spokesman could not confirm whether the man was standing on the tracks or the station platform when he was hit.
Trains on the A, C and E lines bypassed the 42nd Street-Port Authority station while first responders operated at the scene, MTA officials said. Service at the station resumed around 2:30 p.m., officials said.

Police did not identify the man who was hurt.
