Man Slashed In Face, Neck At Penn Station, Police Say
The man was slashed after getting into an argument inside the Penn Station subway stop.

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — A man was hospitalized after being slashed during an argument inside the Penn Station subway stop, police said.
The 41-year-old victim got into an argument with an unknown man around 1:30 a.m. Monday morning near the turnstiles at the Penn Station subway entrance, police said. The dispute turned violent when the man pulled out a sharp object and slashed the victim in the face and neck, police said.
Medics rushed the man to Bellevue Hospital where he was treated to non-life-threatening slash wounds, an NYPD spokesman said. The attacker was able to escape the subway station without being arrested.

Police released a photo of the suspect Tuesday, and the investigation into the attack is still ongoing, an NYPD spokesman said.
