Man Stabbed At Midtown Bar, Others Injured: NYPD

Police said a dispute between two groups escalated into a physical altercation just after midnight at Turtle Bay bar.

MIDTOWN, NY — A man was stabbed multiple times in the torso at the Turtle Bay bar in Midtown early Saturday, police said.

An NYPD spokeswoman told Patch the 27-year-old man and his four friend engaged in a dispute with two unknown individuals just after midnight. The dispute turned into a physical altercation and the man was stabbed multiple times in the torso, the spokeswoman said.

The man's four friends sustained slash wounds. They were all transported to the hospital and are listed in stable condition.

The two unidentified males fled in an unknown direction. No arrests have been made.
