Midtown Subway Perv Ejaculates On Female Passenger, Police Say

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — A teenage pervert is facing charges for ejaculating on a female passenger who was riding the subway through Midtown Manhattan, police said.

A 27-year-old woman was riding the subway on Monday, Oct. 1 when she noticed 18-year-old Ibrahim Mehsin board the train at the West 59th Street and Columbus Circle subway station and stand behind her, police said. When the train stopped at the West 47th Street and Rockefeller Center station, the woman noticed that the Mehsin had ejaculated onto her leg and backpack, police said.

Mehsin turned himself into police on Monday and was charged with sexual abuse, police said.
