New Midtown Food Hall To Open In Fall 2019
The food hall will be Urbanspace's third permanent location in Midtown and will occupy three levels of a Seventh Avenue office building.

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — A business that operates numerous seasonal and permanent food halls around New York City has targeted Midtown for a new location.
Urbanspace will open its newest permanent food hall within an office building at 787 Seventh Avenue, located between West 51st and 52nd Streets, in fall 2019, according to a company press release. The location will be Urbanspace's third full-time, brick-and-mortar location in Midtown and its first west of Fifth Avenue.
"787 Seventh Avenue is a prominent location that will suit the needs of our vendors and our customers, where we can create a unique amenity and community in Midtown West," Eldon Scott, President of Urbanspace, said in a statement.

The new food hall will occupy three floors in the 54-story Seventh Avenue office building, which is also known as the AXA Equitable Building. The tower counts a number of businesses, law firms and banking institutions as tenants, which may provide a good customer base for Urbanspace's new location.
Urbanspace has not announced specifics about vendors in the new food hall.
