NYC Off-Broadway Week: 2-For-1 Tickets On Sale Now

NEW YORK, NY — A special deal for 2-for-1 tickets to more than 30 of New York City's best off-Broadway productions launched this week ahead of NYC Off-Broadway Week, city tourism officials announced.

NYC Off-Broadway Week will run from Feb. 11 to Feb. 24 this year and feature 33 different productions, tourism officials said. Twelve of the 33 shows involved in this year's promotion are new participants.

Tickets to off-Broadway staples such as "Avenue Q," "STOMP" and the "Blue Man Group" are up for grabs as well as newer productions such as "Colin Quinn: Red State Blue State" and the "Harry Potter" parody "Puffs."

"NYC Off-Broadway Week offers access to a wide variety of cutting-edge theater at extraordinary value," Fred Dixon, president and CEO of NYC & Company, said in a statement. "We invite everyone to celebrate the 10th anniversary of NYC Off-Broadway Week with 2-for-1 tickets at more than 30 shows from February 11 through 24."

NYC & Company launched NYC Off-Broadway Week in 2009. Since that year, more than 600 productions have participated in the event and have brought in $3 million in ticket sales.
