NYC Thanksgiving Day Parade 2023: How To Watch, Route, List Of Floats
The nationally televised Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade will run through the Big Apple on Nov. 23. Here's what to know.
MIDTOWN, NY — The Macy’s 2023 Thanksgiving Day Parade is returning to the Manhattan streets on Nov. 23 to celebrate the turkey-filled holiday.
The 97th rendition of the parade will feature giant balloons, floats, marching bands, performers and clowns as millions of people venture into the city to watch the procession.
Balloon characters the same height as five-story buildings will accompany performers like Cher — who will perform a brand-new holiday song — John Batiste and others.

Here’s everything to know about the annual parade.
Route
The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade will take place on Thanksgiving, Nov. 23, from 8:30 a.m. to noon — earlier than their normal 9 a.m. kickoff.

The procession will kick off at 77th Street and Central Park West, make its way down the avenue until Columbus Circle, and then continue downtown on 6th Avenue, before ending at the Macy’s flagship store in Herald Square.

How To Watch
For those who just want to relax on the couch, the parade will be aired live from 9 a.m. to noon in all timezones on NBC and Telemundo. It will also stream on Peacock.
