Penn Station Delays For April 5 LIRR, NJ Transit, Amtrak All Affected After Derailment
Here's what the morning commute out of Penn Station is going to look like.

NEW YORK, NY — Two days after a New Jersey Transit train carrying 1,200 people derailed as it pulled into Penn Station, service on NJT, Long Island Railroad and Amtrak in and out of one of the city's major transportation arteries remains snarled.
On the LIRR, 10 rush-hour trains were cancelled, three are terminating at Jamaica, and one is diverted to Hunterspoint Avenue, Queens.

On New Jersey Transit, Northeast Corridor and North Jersey Coast Line trains were still operating on a holiday schedule with some additional service, while Midtown Direct trains were still operating in and out of Hoboken.
Amtrak said that delays on its Northeast Corridor line into Penn Station could be as much as a 50 minutes during rush-hour and 25 minutes during non rush hour.
