Pervert Smacks Woman's Backside Inside Midtown Subway Station: Police

MIDTOWN, NY — A man slapped a straphangers behind on a midday subway trip, police said.

On Wednesday at about 1:30 p.m., a 28-year-old woman was exiting an uptown-bound W train at Herald Square when a stranger approached her and smacked her buttock, officials said.

The man then fled the station and was last seen running south on Sixth Avenue, police said.

Images of the suspect were released by the NYPD.
