MIDTOWN, NY — A bump turned into an argument that turned into a fight that left a teen stabbed and five people in cuffs, police said.

Amath Sow, 67, was arrested and charged with two counts of assault, criminal possesion of a weapon and disorderly conduct.

Three minors — including a 15-year-old with a stab wound to the neck — and a 22-year-old, Isaiah Benjamin, were also arrested, all facing assault charges.

At around 8:45 p.m. on Thursday, the group of four young men were reportedly riding on a scooter when they bumped into Sow on West 44th Street and Seventh Avenue, police said.

A police spokesperson could't clarify if all four were on one scooter or if there was more than one device involved.

The youngsters and Sow, who was working selling tickets for a tour bus company, began to argue in a dispute that quickly turned physical, police said.

Soon, the group of four began to punch and kick the 67-year-old, officials said.

The pummeled man then pulled out a sharp object and stabbed one of his assailants — a 15-year-old boy — in the neck, according to police.

The teen was brought to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition, police said.
