Police Hunt Times Square Slashing Suspects: NYPD
Two men are wanted in connection with a stabbing that occurred a block away from Times Square.
MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — The NYPD is trying to track down two men wanted for stabbing somebody a block away from Times Square, police said.
The stabbing occurred during the early morning hours of Wednesday, Oct. 10 on the corner of Eighth Avenue and West 46th Street, police said. Yabi Jaw, 24, and an unknown man approached a 28-year-old man and stabbed him multiple times after a verbal dispute, police said.
The victim was rushed to Bellevue Hospital in serious but stable condition and the two suspects were able to flee the scene, police said.

Jaw is described as standing about 5-foot-10 and weighing 170 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing an orange shirt, dark colored jacket, black pants and black/white shoes. Police released a photo of the suspect (seen above) on Tuesday.
The NYPD did not have any information about the second man involved in the stabbing.
