Suspicious Package Investigated At Grand Central, Police Say
The NYPD bomb squad responded to Grand Central Terminal to investigate a package found in a men's bathroom.

MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY — The NYPD investigated a suspicious package Wednesday morning at Grand Central Terminal, a department spokeswoman said.
The package was found inside a men's bathroom at the Midtown transit hub around 11:30 a.m., an NYPD spokeswoman said. The department's bomb squad and emergency services units aided in the investigation, the spokeswoman said.
Witnesses said the train station was partially evacuated, but the response seemed "low key," according to social media post. An NYPD spokeswoman did not have information on the evacuation.
