Teenager Shot In Midtown On Tuesday: Police
Authorities are piecing together details after a teenager was injured in a shooting in Midtown on Tuesday night.

MIDTOWN, NY – A 17-year-old teenage boy was hospitalized after he was shot in the back in Midtown on Tuesday, police confirmed.
It happened at 51st Street and 10th Avenue, just before 7 p.m., officials said.
The victim was transported to Mount Sinai Morningside Hospital, police said, and was reportedly in stable condition as of Wednesday morning.

Ballistics were recovered at the scene, according to police.
Cops are looking for four males in connection with the shooting, who fled the scene in different directions: two down 51st Street, and two down 50th Street.

One was wearing a light blue hooded sweatshirt, another gray sweatpants, a third was in blue and black, and a fourth was wearing a green jacket, police said. No additional details were available.
No arrests have been made and the incident remains under investigation.
